Questions about shipping & returns

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Free US shipping for orders over $30. We do our best to make this very affordable and convenient for you. If you are in another country, we have a small shipping charge that is at or below the standard rate. We do not profit from shipping. We even offer free shipping worldwide: $75 for Canada and $130 for any other country.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

For shipping in USA, allow 3-5 days, Canada, 5-7 days, and International 1+ weeks.

How and when do you ship?

All orders will be shipped via first class or priority (depending on weight) United States Post Office (USPS) unless you ask otherwise. Items are shipped within 24 hours if purchased Monday-Friday. Any order after 10am PST Friday will be shipped first thing Monday.

Is tracking available?

Tracking info is available upon request.

How do I get a refund?

How do I get a refund: “Refunds are available within 7 days of receiving the item if unopened. If you find that you did not enjoy the item, we are happy to refund or exchange it as well. Simply call us at 1-888-ONLY-TEA or send us an email

Only items that have been purchased directly from Misty Peak Teas can be returned. Our products purchased through other retailers / wholesalers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the tea and documentation that were included when you received it.

How do I return / exchange items?

Please kindly notify us prior to sending any return so we can give accurate return information and ensure it is handled properly for you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, e-checks, and personal checks mailed to us. If you prefer to pay via card over the phone, kindly call us at 1-888-ONLY-TEA and we can process your order.

What payment security do you have?

If you pay for your purchase by using PayPal, our standard options, payment process is encrypted. Your financial information won’t be shared with us.
